Pig Roasts

          The Flame BBQ now offers Pig Roasts for up to 1,000 people!  Choose a pig to suit your needs, from a 35 to 200 Pounder.  The Flame BBQ will prepare the pig fresh with our own special rubs and seasoning.  If you ever tasted the Flame’s pulled pork, imagine how the pig roast will be.  We also offer our homemade sides baked beans, black-eyed peas, coleslaw, collard greens, Anna Mae’s macaroni salad, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes with praline topping, pasta salad, rice and vegetables, red roasted potatoes, and tossed salad.

Lamb Roasts

          The Flame BBQ now offers Lamb Roasts for up to 1,000 people!  The lamb we offer is a 7 to 10 pound leg that is boneless and marinated with our own special mix of spices and roasted to perfection.  Each leg of lamb will feed 20 to 30 people.  We suggest serving the lamb on a pita with our own white barbeque sauce.  The lamb is on our daily menu and a favorite at The Flame BBQ, if you would like stop in and enjoy our lamb on a pita.
